All the big games coming to PC for the rest of 2024

tl;dr

  • PC gamers can look forward to Age of Mythology: Retold, Final Fantasy 16, and God of War: Ragnarok in September.
  • October brings PC debuts like Silent Hill 2, Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
  • November wraps up with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Stalker 2, plus Indiana Jones in December.

The wide-open nature of PC gaming rarely follows the conventions of a console’s release calendar — but it does when multiplatform AAA titles are also launching for PC, and that means fans with Steam and Epic Games Store accounts will be boarding video games’ holiday hype train for the rest of 2024, too.

There are some games that lend themselves more to a desktop computer, and the wide diversity of computing power, monitors, and peripherals they can use. Highlights include Xbox Game Studios’ Age of Mythology: Retold, Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 and the Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred expansion. God of War: Ragnarok and Final Fantasy 16 will also make their PC debuts in September.

Be sure to check out the rest of ReadWrite’s gaming release calendars for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. And if you just want to see what everyone’s launching for the coming month of September, that schedule is right here.
