Every big Nintendo Switch game launching from September until Christmas

tl;dr

  • 2024's gaming finale features major releases from Nintendo, including The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom on Sept. 26.
  • Highlights include Super Mario Party Jamboree in October, and Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake arriving in November.
  • Nintendo Switch sees exclusive titles like Mario & Luigi: Brothership alongside the console’s first Yakuza game in a packed four-month schedule.

We’re heading into the home stretch of 2024’s gaming release calendar, and a four-month stretch when Nintendo, as well as other platform holders and major third-party publishers will unload their splashiest and most-anticipated wares for the year.

Nintendo is very heavily a first-party platform, and launches in the Legend of Zelda, Mario Party, and Mario & Luigi franchises and sub-series arrive in consecutive months beginning with The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom on Sept. 26.

Other highlights include Sonic X Shadow Generations and the Nintendo Switch debut of the Yakuza franchise at the end of October, plus Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake in November.

Be sure to check out the rest of ReadWrite’s gaming release calendars for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. And if you just want to see what everyone’s launching for the coming month of September, that schedule is right here.
