All the major launches on Xbox from September through December

tl;dr

  • Xbox Game Pass features day-one launches like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Indiana Jones, and Stalker 2 this fall.
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Starfield: Shattered Space headline Xbox Series X exclusives through year-end.
  • December wraps up with Marvel Rivals and Indiana Jones, capping a packed release schedule for Xbox gamers.

Story expansions, full-size console exclusives, Indiana Jones and Flight Simulator headline a packed lineup for Xbox and Xbox Game Pass between September and the end of the year, when all eyes are on video gaming’s parade of major releases in time for Black Friday shopping.

Xbox Game Pass isn’t just for Xbox Game Studios’ expansive family of developers and publishers. GSC Game World finally brings Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl to fans with a same-day launch on Xbox Game Pass in November. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle are also day-and-date launches on the subscription service.

Be sure to check out the rest of ReadWrite’s gaming release calendars for PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. And if you just want to see what everyone’s launching for the coming month of September, that schedule is right here.

All Xbox One games are playable on Xbox Series X. Games that are Xbox Series X only are marked (XSX).
