Online meeting service provider Dimdim launched a new product for small and medium-sized businesses yesterday, going up against players like WebEx and GoToMeeting.
The new offering, called Dimdim Business, boasts the ability to host Web-based meetings with as many as thousands of participants, multiple rooms and hassle-free, no-plugin-necessary access for meeting participants.
Other features include two-way video conferencing, a white label meeting interface for custom branding, custom API integrations with other Web applications, and detailed user analytics.
“Dimdim Business comes at a critical time as more and more businesses look to productivity tools like web conferencing to cut costs while extending real-time collaboration,” said DD Ganguly, CEO of Dimdim in a company press release.
At $33 per seat, per month, Dimdim Business is more affordable than its closest competitors, GoToMeeting and WebEx, both of which start at $49 per month.
