At the Game Developers Conference (GDC2013), Intel’s Stewart Christie demonstrates their HTML5 Application Porter Tool. The tool takes a iOS XCode project file and ports it to HTML5.

Intel HTML5 App Tool Porter is basically the translator source-to-source conversion that can handle a number of Objective-C to JavaScript/HTML5 including translations of the API call. A number of open source projects are used as a basis for conversion, including a modified version of Clang front-end, and the jQuery Mobile framework LayerD for rendering widgets in the source code is translated.
