First Leaked Firmware for the Samsung Gear 2 (SM-R380) Appears Online

 
The Global launch of the Tizen Samsung Gear 2 (SM-R380) and Gear 2 Neo (SM-R381) is expected within the next 24 hours (depending on where you live), and we’ve some Interesting news, the first leaked firmware for the Samsung Gear 2 is now available to download (R380XXU0BND8_R380OXA0BND8_LUC) from Sammobiles’s firmware section.
The current Shipping versions of the Gear 2 Neo has Tizen 2.2.0 (Mangolia) loaded on them, but this new firmware is the first with Tizen 2.2.1.1 .  The firmware is aimed at advanced users and definitely people that know what they are doing. The flashing procedure is the same as flashing other Samsung devices using the Odin tool.
