[Pictures] Tizen Developer Summit give-away device, Samsung TM1 lands at Tizen Experts

Developers attending the Tizen Developer Summit Bengaluru India were lucky enough to receive the Samsung TM1 (the offical name) as the developer giveaway device. The device has Tizen 2.4 Beta loaded on it and not Tizen 3.0 that has previously been reported by other websites, when will they learn !!! As with any dev device its purpose is to assist developers in creating new apps or porting their existing apps to the Tizen Platform.
The hardware of the TM1 dev device should be the same as the upcoming Samsung Z3 Smartphone, unless Samsung has a change of heart, minus the outer plastic casing and the NOT FOR SALE back panel which are both designed to show this is not a retail device. The Z3 will of course ship with the complete and feature rich Tizen 2.4 Operating System. Like dev give-away device before the TM1, like the Samsung RD-PQ & Samsung RD-210, the modem in the TM1 is disabled (removed drivers?) and you have to use WiFi for data.
