Developer Online Meeting 28 Sept UTC 23:00 – Discuss Tizen on ARTIK

The ARTIK Story

Last year Samsung announced its ARTIK Internet of Things (IoT) Platform. This consisted of the ARTIK 1, ARTIK 5, and ARTIK 10 development boards that Samsung hoped developers would create great consumer applications for the IoT. ARTIK 1 is the smallest of the IoT modules and is specifically designed for low-power, small form- factor IoT applications. ARTIK 5 is a balance of size, power and price-performance and is ideal for home hubs, drones and high-end wearables. ARTIK 10 is the most advanced IoT devices and features an eight-core processor.
At the end of last year Samsung began mass producing its ARTIK hardware platform and subsequently distributing it.
