Last month we saw the release of the Tizen 2.4 Software Development Kit (SDK), which allows application developers to create apps for the new Tizen 2.4 Operating System (OS). Well now is time for the release of Tizen 2.4 SDK Rev 1.
The SDK provides you with the tools that will help you develop Tizen Web and Native applications consisting of IDE, Emulator, toolchain, sample code, and documentation. Software applications developers can now create apps for the newly released Samsung Z3 Smartphone. You can now develop both Tizen 2.4 and also 2.3.1 apps in the same development environment. Tizen 2015 UX support has been added (new winset and style). New API’s have been added for NFC, Smartcard, Bluetooth AVRCP, Connection Manager, WiFi, WiFi Direct, and Telephony.
