Today, the Tizen 2.4 Software Development Kit (SDK) has been released, and will allow application developers to create apps for the new Tizen 2.4 Operating System (OS). This is a comprehensive set of tools for developing Tizen Web and Native applications consisting of IDE, Emulator, toolchain, sample code, and documentation. Software applications developers can now create apps for the newly released Samsung Z3 Smartphone.
The Tizen 2.4 SDK supports the development of Tizen 2.4 applications only, but you can import older Tizen 2.3 projects. You will need to use the Tizen 2.3 SDK for:
- Tizen 2.4 SDK for Mobile : 2.4
- Tizen 2.3.1 SDK : 2.3.1
