Tabcorp and Pandascore launch esports partnership in Australia

Tabcorp has commenced a partnership with PandaScore to enhance the company’s esports betting services in Australia.

The collaboration will initially focus on prominent titles such as Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and Dota 2 with PandaScore providing dedicated AI-driven odds and data services.

It is envisaged the link-up between the entities will expand over time to include a wider range of games and markets.

The offerings will be available via Tabcorp’s multichannel distribution system, in physical betting shops and licensed terminals, as well as online on web and mobile.

Tabcorp is the parent company of the TAB, Sky Racing, and MAX betting platforms.

David Beirne, the firm’s Trading General Manager said the partnership will be “invaluable to our investment in esports”.

With aspirations to build a significant esports offering for the next generation of bettors, he added “This partnership is another step in creating the ultimate sports entertainment experience for our customers.”

“Best-in-class esports products”

The development follows PandaScore’s move to work with Amelco to integrate esports services into its sportsbook offerings. The France-based data infrastructure provider had also expanded into new territory with its arrival in the United States earlier this year when it obtained approval to commence operations in Colorado.

On the project with Tabcorp, PandaScore’s Head of B2B Oliver Niner said he was “very excited about working with one of the biggest operators in Australia.”

“Rolling out our best-in-class esports products to a market leader in Australia builds on our existing successes in this market, and it’s one we’re confident we can continue fostering growth in,” he added.
