As I’m sure you all know by now, an anonymous “open letter” from a RIM employee appeared on the Web this week, begging the company’s management to change direction. In the letter, which RIM itself weakly replied to here, the employee suggests several things that have gone wrong at the company in recent months, both involving internal struggles and external perceptions.
What do you think have been the biggest issues influencing RIM’s downturn? Share your thoughts in this week’s ReadWriteMobile poll.
We’ve populated the poll with the employee’s complaints and some of our own, but, in an experiment, we’ve set this poll up to allow for write-ins, too. Let’s see how that goes.
Note that you can vote for multiple selections, too.
