Playtech and Evoke announce new live casino studio

Playtech has launched new live casino studios as it secures a partnership with Evoke PLC. The announcement, made April 17, will expand the roster of available games going forward as both groups try to cater to the ever-growing live casino player.

Club Aurora will play host to Evoke brands like 888casino, William Hill, and Mr Green Live. Games available at the time of the announcement include blackjack and roulette. Playtech also announced that it’ll be adding a “completely free-to-play game” within its new “Trivia hub”.

Ofir Gal-Mor, Group Head of Gaming Content at Evoke, said:

“We are thrilled to partner with the Playtech Live team to bring a new and exciting live casino experience to our players.

“We have had a very successful and long-standing partnership with Playtech, and the addition of these dedicated tables will only enhance our offering and provide our customers with a wide range of games to enjoy.”

Adding to that, George Voyatzis, Vice President of Commercial at Playtech, said:

“We are delighted to continue partnering with Evoke Group to launch the three unique dedicated live studios.

“As Playtech Live continues to lead the way on creating an entertainment-led experience that delivers on both a gameplay and presentation perspective, we have every confidence that the customers of 888, William Hill, and Mr Green will have an exceptional gaming experience.”

Playtech live casinos go from strength to strength

Broadcast casino games have been massively popular, as shown in Playtech’s recent 2024 revenue report. The company grew 10% year-on-year, earning $912.6 million last year alone.

Live revenue grew 24%, with ventures like partnerships with MGM Resorts allowing games to be streamed straight from locations like MGM Grand and the Bellagio. The company also grew its US studios by expanding to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

This move, along with Evoke’s financial successes in 2024, should see the pair grow once again.
