The hype is building for Monster Hunter Wilds and if you’re one of the many that have managed to get into some Beta action, you know that this entry in the franchise is certainly looking strong.
Alongside getting to grips with the new mechanics, if you’re playing Beta 2, you’ll also net yourself some rewards for when the full game launches.

What are the Monster Hunter Wilds Beta 2 rewards?
Alongside some juicy gameplay, a look at some new beasts, and more, there are two rewards you can pick up for playing the Monster Hunter Wilds Beta 2.
These are the Open Beta Test Bonus Pendant featuring a fun little Palico, and the OBT 2 Bonus Item Pack containing the following:
- Raw Meat x10
- Shock Trap x3
- Pitfall Trap x3
- Tranq Bomb x10
- Large Barrel Bomb x3
- Armor Sphere x5
- Flash Pod x10
- Large Dung Pod x10
Now, to secure the Open Beta Test Bonus Pendant, you could have either taken part in the first or this Beta, so if you did get into the Beta 1, you’ve earned this already.
The OBT 2 Bonus Item Pack is also not exclusive to Beta 2, meaning if you played the November 2024 Beta, you’ll receive this too.
If you didn’t get into the initial Beta though, this is your chance to net some items to start your full playthrough off with.
A couple of caveats to note though are that to receive the bonuses, you must be playing the full game on the same platform as these Betas, otherwise the data will not be on your account.
Additionally, you can’t get away with just downloading these tests, you will have had to boot them up to create the relevant character data.
