There are not many Video to Audio converter apps on the Tizen store at the moment, so it’s great to see SomyaC team, one of the winners of the Tizen App Incentive Programme, release one for Tizen mobile users.
The file converter app supports quite a few different file formats that it is able to convert. SomyaC Team are now known for releasing some apps that are necessary for our smartphones. The Media Converter App lets you convert audio, video and also image files. Below are a list of supported file formats:
- Audio files: PNG, BMP, JPG, GIF
- Video files: AAC, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA (Decode only)
- Image files: AVI, MP4, FLV, WMV (Decode only)
Users are able to convert a file to any file type and possibly also compacting the data, therefore reducing the file size. All of the converted files will be saved on the SD Card. Developers promised that more files will support in the forth coming update.
Now the app is available for all Tizen powered smartphones such as Samsung Z1, Samsung Z2, Samsung Z3 and Samsung Z4. The latest app version is 1.0.3 with file size is near 11 MB.
