The Galaxy Apps store is getting abundant with apps for the Gear S2 and Gear S3 smartwatches that are taking the usefulness of wearable electronics to a whole new level. If you are a active investor in cryptocurrencies or have been following these digital cash closely and want to keep a constant tab on their fluctuating values to seek an opportunity to invest on them then a developer named Jeeho Yoo has got you covered with their three apps for the Gear S2 and Gear S3- XRP, ETC and BTW Exchange Rate Watcher.
The apps give you the real time exchange values of the popular three cryptocurrencies- Bitcoin, Etherium and Ripple. XRP is for Ripple’s exchange value, ETC is for Ethereum’s exchange value and BTW for Bitcoin’s Exchange value. Although one could easily use their smartphones and get an update on the exchange values of these cryptocurrencies themselves, the whole point of a smartwatch is more or less to reduce smartphone usage for simple use cases thus reducing battery consumption on the smartphone and getting glances of all essential information with just a swing of the wrist.
These aforementioned apps do just that and to get them loaded on your Gear S2 or S3, the developer has listed the app for a one time fee of almost $2 for each app, as they are paid apps on the Galaxy App Store. Users can access the app directly from the applications menu on their smartwatch or by setting up a widget which can be accessed just by turning the bezel.
