How to get Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test access

It seemed like all was done for Elden Ring in terms of new content being added to the game, with Shadow of the Erdtree as its one and only DLC.

However, thanks to The Game Awards 2024, FromSoftware has gifted us another experience in the Lands Between with Elden Ring Nightreign.

This is a different take on the usual soulslike experience with a three-player squad taking on bosses for a limited time.

If you like the sound of that, you can be part of the Network Test ahead of the full release and here, we’ll reveal how you can get access.

Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test: How to sign up

A Network Test from FromSoftware is its version of a ‘beta’, allowing a certain number of players into one of its games to get a feel for what it is like, while also stress testing online components.

Just like the original Elden Ring game, Nightreign has one too, and you have a chance of getting in.

What you’ll need to do is sign up on the official Elden Ring Nightreign website and you’ll be entered into a pool of players for FromSoftware to choose from.

These sign-ups start January 10, 2025, with the Test itself taking place in February.

While the official date for the Test hasn’t been revealed, it would be fitting for it to take place on February 25, exactly three years after the launch of Elden Ring.

As for how much content you’ll be able to play through, again, it hasn’t been confirmed. But, if we were to guess, you’ll likely get a chance to play around in the Limveld area and take on a couple of bosses, similar to that of Elden Ring’s which was mainly confined to Limgrave.

When more information becomes available on the Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test, we’ll be sure to update this article.
