The Las Vegas-based Clarity Game Nevada, LLC officially announced on Tuesday (April 8) that the acquisition of Stockman’s Casino operations was completed last week.
The casino is described as having been a ‘mainstay’ in the heart of Fallon, Nevada since opening in 1955. It features 188 slot machines, virtual table games, sports betting, and a cafe. The casino is open twenty-four hours every day.
Now, this acquisition marks Clarity Game, LLC’s third in the last six months as it continues to actively pursue gaming opportunities within the landlocked state.

“Mike and I have been interested in operating casinos in Northern Nevada for a long time as we both have houses in the area. The opportunity with Stockman’s in Fallon was exciting due to the historic aspects of the town,” said David Ross, Partner at Clarity Game, LLC.
“As natives of Nevada, we know there is more to the state than just Las Vegas, and our philosophy of loose slots, good food, and great service is a natural fit in Churchill County.”
Stockman’s Casino purchased by Clarity Game Nevada for $9.2M
The casino was purchased from Full House Records, which had previously acquired Stockman’s Casino in 2007.
The agreement of the sale was first announced back in September 2024, with the total cost being $9.2 million. At the time, it was explained the asset sale was expected to occur in two transactions: the sale of Stockman’s real property for $7.0 million and the sale of certain remaining operating assets for $2.2 million.
