With the introduction of fresh cards means the battling meta shifts, potentially toward the new exs that have now been made available.

The best Celebi ex deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket is put together for one purpose – to get as many energies attached to Celebi as possible so that you have the maximum amount of coin flips.
This, in turn, should enable you to deal some serious damage, potentially destroying the likes of Charizard ex or Venusaur ex, which both have incredibly high HP, in one fell swoop.
To make this happen, you’ll need to use a combination of Celebi ex and Serperior, with the latter’s ability allowing you to add more and more energy to Celebi as the game progresses.
You will need other cards to form a well-rounded deck though so here is a full card list to form an incredible Celebi ex deck:

In addition to Celebi ex and the Serperior evolution line, we’ve also thrown in Dhelmise since it has high HP for a basic Pokemon as well as playing into the energy collection avenue this deck is all about.
As for the Supporter and Item cards, it’s a little bit down to preference but we’ve got the usuals in there – Sabrina, Poke Ball, and Professor’s Research – as well as specialized Trainers such as Erika for those health boosts.
We’ve also thrown in a Leaf card just in case your Dhelmise or Serperior is in your active slot and you’d rather hang on to their attached energy.
