Well, you’ll need to stay in Aggorat, where you’ll need to find the altar so you can place the Heart.

Unfortunately, this altar doesn’t have one fixed location and instead, can be found in two different places.

The best way to get there fast is to head to either the far left or far right of the area map when you enter Aggorat.

One side is main quest related and one houses the altar so follow the path round to either side, depending on your spawn, and you should come across it.

Once you get to the altar, there will be some pretty strong enemies surrounding it including an elite so ensure you have your best gear on and are prepped for a fight.

Upon taking them down, pick up the Sacrificial Dagger next to the altar and then you can place the Sacrificial Heart.
