The always on display feature has made its way to devices such as the Samsung S7 and LG G5, both 2016 flagship devices. In the spirit of innovation, app developer Anup Kushwaha has created the “Always on display” app, which amazingly keeps the display always on. This is a great feature to have that saves you from manually switching on your display just to check the date or the time.
The app has some useful options such as the proximity change setting and is only currently available for the Samsung Z3, which makes sense as this Smartphone has a AMOLED display and will consume less battery than the LCD screen of the Z1.
