Yggdrasil confirms partnership with major UK operator

Yggdrasil has entered into a partnership with Rank Group, one of the biggest operators in the United Kingdom, to bring its extensive slots offering to more British players.

The Malta-based games provider will benefit from much wider access to its titles through Rank’s major brands, such as Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos, while the operator can now point to its increased variety of games.

The partnership with Rank will further boost Yggdrasil’s recent UK growth after agreeing terms with other prominent providers, while it has also secured a B2B license in the Netherlands, as well as select exclusivity in the United States and rights in Canada’s Ontario province.

Jose Simon, chief commercial officer at Yggdrasil, commented, “In any market, large or small, success is often influenced by the partners you choose to collaborate with.”

“The Rank Group offers us an incredible opportunity to grow our market share in a competitive jurisdiction with a leading operator, and we couldn’t be more pleased with this partnership.”

Nolan Frendo, Rank’s casino games manager, added, “Yggdrasil needs no introduction as a creator and distributor of truly great content and we pride ourselves on being able to attract the best games from the biggest names in the industry for our players.”

“Yggdrasil fits that bill, and this deal sees us bring a huge amount of established and proven content to our online casinos.”

Further titles available to Rank customers

Rank customers in the U.K. will now be able to access various Yggdrasil titles, including recent releases Max Elements Gigabox and Trickstar Spins.

They will complement its established slot games such as Valley of the Dead, Golden Fish Tank and the popular Vikings series.

An added bonus for the Rank Group and its customers will be the further content that Yggdrasil is bringing to the table.

It is also offering titles from its YGG Masters studio programme, with the likes of King Power and Shark Bait.

The overall partnership will bring various slots to a much bigger, varied audience with mutual benefits for the operator and provider, respectively.
