[Video] Hands on with the Samsung Z, Samsungs first Tizen based Smartphone, SM-Z910F

Today at the Tizen Developer Conference in San Francisco CA, Samsung electronics revealed its first commercial Tizen device, the Samsung Z SM-Z910F, and here we got our hands on with it. The Tizen Smartphone is now inching towards being released in Russia soon, and we do expect improvements in terms of speed and battery management compared to current smart phones, just to mention a couple of points.
There are lots of features that we have previously seen in touchwiz that Samsung have brought over to Tizen, but they have also improved on them. We do not have any lag with the user interface that many android users seem to detest with hardware manufacturers own custom user interface skins that run on top of vanilla android, another reason to come over to Tizen.

The Samsung Z is running Tizen 2.2.1, and even though we have had the release of Tizen 2.3 beta source code recently, I doubt we will see this on the device at launch. There is no news at present at what processor is under the hood, but everything points to it being a Qualcomm 801 processor, supporting 2Gb memory, 16Gb internal storage and up to a 64Gb microSD.
