Ubuntu One has now increased its free online cloud storage and synchronisation service to 5Gb. The Free service called Ubuntu One now hurdles past Dropbox which only provides 2GB for free users.
If 5Gb is just not enough storage for you then you can add additional storage at $2.99 a month (£1.80 approx) for the first 20Gb or there is an additional music streaming option at $3.99 a month (£2.42 approx) that lets you stream music stored in the cloud directly to a compatible handset.
