We have previously reported on the Tizen Gear Solo, and the fact that it will be running Tizen, but now we have a few more details to play with.

The new Smart watch device will come with a SIM Card, and so frees the user from the need to tether with a Smart Phone, which is something that some of our tech readers REALLY want.
