Tizen Prototype Device at Mobile World Conference 2014

This is a Video going through the user interface of the Tizen Prototype Device at Mobile World Conference 2014 #MWC14. Device specifications were not on hand, but being a Samsung device it won’t be too hard to guess.
This user interface has definitely evolved since seeing it on other Tizen reference devices and has a more polished product look about it. The Interactive widgets and the ability to overlay small applications over standard applications brings another dimension to Tizen. Applications and games load fast, native as well as HTML5 web apps.
Homescreens can be personlised further with “Home” and “Business” profiles allowing you to customise your widgets and shortcuts to suite your environment. Looking at the scroll down menu, we can see Samsung touchwiz like features are present such as Multi Window, Tethering, Screen Mirroring, Handsfree mode and Smart Stay.

Still no release date yet for shipping products, but there is the resolve to ship a device this year.
