Tizen IVI to be present at the Automotive Linux Summit 2013

The keynote speaker for Automotive Linux Summit to be held on 24-25 October in Edinburgh, UK. This event is focused on Linux and open source technologies for in-vehicle infotainment (IVI), driver assistance, car internet connected (connected cars), and many more, and will display the “hacker’s lounge” where developers can test their code and try new applications on the console-based Tizen IVI.
The Automotive Linux Summit aims to assemble “systems engineer, Linux experts, R & D managers, business executives, specialist licensing and customisation, and a community of developers from the open source community and the automobile.” Talks key to the event will be delivered by leading players in the automotive industry, including Toyota, Bosch, Peugeot Citroen, Jaguar, and Ford.
