One tidbit of information that has been floating around on the Inter-Web today was an interesting test result from http://html5test.com/. For those of you unfamiliar with it, it is a website designed to benchmark web browsers in their support of HTML5. Initially, I was not going to start shouting about this but it seems the web has gone a bit mad about so therefore so shall I !!! (This is really shallow justification for this).
In the tests Tizen has managed to scored a massive 363 points with 15 bonus points! This beta mobile browser has beaten the likes of Safari, Firefox and Opera. BlackBerry followers are delighted with BlackBerry 10 scoring 361+10, which is their next spiritual successor that will get released at the tail end of 2012 (if all goes well).
So all in all this is very encouraging but to be honest I would like to see this stuff when the OS does get released, hopefully in the 2nd half of 2012.
