The Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 gets a new update that fixes those nasty little bugs and improves features. This device was launched alongside Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone – the Galaxy Note 20. This also happens to be the wearables first update.
The Galaxy Fit 2 Update
The software update brings the firmware version number R220XXU1ATK5 and has a small size of 0.7MB – almost microscopic. After you install the update, the device won’t automatically go back to the clock face after the screen turns off in timer mode.

Another feature that has been improved is motion recognition. This is where the wearable knows when the user has stopped or resumed exercise. As well as this, the vibration notification has been removed. During alarm notifications, the vibration will continue for a longer time. As many other updates, this one also brings improved stability and reliability.
As of now, the update is rolling out in India. If you want to check if you happen to have the update, you can check manually by opening the Galaxy Wearable app and tapping on Band Software update.
