The Online music wars have heated up as Samsung’s Milk Music, the companies own music streaming service that was previously only available on Samsung Galaxy devices, including phones, tablets, smart watches and Samsung Smart TVs is now accessible through your web browser.
The service which is powered by slacker is similar to other services like Pandora, Spotify Radio and iTunes Radio and has now over 200 curated stations and offers a common user interface for users. On the song side you have access to 13 million songs via an attractive interface that has handy navigation buttons.
You can create playlists that contain your favourite stations and songs, and therefore allowing quick access. The Milk service is free to use, but has a limit on the number of songs you can skip. The paid option lets you skip an unlimited number of songs, but you need to pay $3.99 per month for that privilege.
To access the services you need to create an account at http://milk.samsung.com/.
