Samsung to bring Tizen to Europe with Germany, France, UK, Russia and Poland on the hit list?

Samsung have decided to launch the first Tizen Smartphones initially in south asian emerging markets. The Initial launch was in India which was then followed by Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The Samsung Z1 Smartphone has done better than most would of expected with sales of over 1 Million units since the device went on-sale in January 2015.
Now according to a report by Sammobile the Z3 will be launched in Europe, with Germany, France, UK, Russia and Poland as part of the Initial rollout. The Z3 is a Smartphone with a higher spec sheet than the Z1. It will feature a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.3GHz quad-core 64-bit processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, a microSD slot, and a 2,600 mAh battery. The operating system will be Tizen 2.4, not Tizen 3.0 as stated in the report.
