Yesterday, Samsung India sent out Press Invites for an event in Gurgaon 12:30pm IST 14 October, India. There have been speculation if the Samsung is releasing yet another Android Smartphone (yawn) as the press invite only states, “the next level of innovation is here.”
It looks like Samsung will be launching the Tizen based Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. However, we were waiting for confirmation of a Samsung Z3, the next Tizen based Smartphone, to be launched at this event, but we have no news …. at the moment! The Samsung Z3 will feature a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.3GHz quad-core 64-bit processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, a microSD slot, 2,600 mAh removable battery, and will run Tizen 2.4.
