Samsung have announced that they are bringing an Exclusive BALR edition of the Samsung Gear S2 to the Netherlands. BALR, a football fashion company, has collaborated with Samsung to create this exclusive combination watch strap and watch face, that will only be sold in the companies home market of the Netherlands. They have opted to go for the more refined & elegant looking Gear S2 Classic, opposed to the standard sporty looking S2.
BALR also has a clothing line that currently consists of t-shirts, headwear, footwear and accessories. Some of the key areas of Interest for the company in the Gear S2 is fitness, as it is possible to output a 24 hour activity log and it has a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM).
The Samsung Gear S2 Classic is compatible with Android 4.4+ smartphones that have 1.5GB or more of RAM. The BALR watch face is available for anyone to download for free from the Tizen Store.
