We have all been waiting for the Tizen Samsung Gear S to be launched and it looks like unlocked-mobiles will be the first UK online retailer to begin pre-orders with a confirmed price. They are expecting to have Stock on the 24th October, and will have the Gear S retailing for £334.98 inc VAT.
As a recap, the Gear S is the first Smartwatch from a major manufacturer that has built in 3G connectivity, meaning you can use it as a standalone device. It has a 1.0GHz dual core processor, 512 MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, making it a perfect partner for your jogging / training sessions.
Samsung’s sleek Gear S has a 2 inch Super AMOLED display with a rectangular resolution of 360 x 480. The screen on the gear S has gently curved contours with a conventional watch style. The straps are interchangeable so they can be changes according to your mood or taste. The Galaxy gear S comes in white or black.
