Samsung Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Fit / Fit e and Galaxy Buds Leaked in Wearable app

We have been following the prospective launch of the Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fit e, and Galaxy Buds. The launch looks set for the wearable devices to be unveiled alongside the Galaxy S10 Unpacked event on February 20th.

Now, we have seen Samsung inadvertently show all the devices in its official wearable Android App. The images can also be found in the Samsung wearable apps APK file. The download link at the bottom of the page.

Latest Information on the Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch is that Samsung have chosen not to implement its bezel rotating ring. This is used to navigate menus and apps – why they have done this is beyond me. We have a 1.1-inch 360×360 pixels AMOLED display, dual-core Exynos 9110 processor, 50 meters water resistance (good for you serious swimmers), 4GB of storage, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity,  Tizen 4.0.0.3, 236 mAh battery and Bixby Reminders.

The new Galaxy Fit will be available in two variants, the Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit e. It’s being speculated that the Galaxy Fit e is an eSIM version that has cellular capabilities. This is a first for Samsung’s range of fitness trackers.

It looks like Samsung has put a hold on the Galaxy wearable update being rolled out globally. This is possibly so they can swap out the pre-launch images. You will be able to find the Galaxy Wearable app v2.2.23.19021251 on Google Play when its ready for release. If you want this version then you can download the APK.

We do not have long to wait for these devices as Samsung unpacked 2019 is on 20th February. Next Wednesday. Keep following IoT Gadgets for Samsung wearable and smartwatch news.
