Over a week ago we saw Samsung start Importing parts for the Samsung Z3, their next Tizen based Smartphone. Now we see them importing parts for tens of thousands of SM-Z300H Smartphones. This is the same pattern that we saw previously for their first Tizen Smartphone, the Z1. The Z3, however, is a Smartphone with a higher spec sheet & price tag than the Z1 and therefore will appeal to a different type of user than the Z1.
There are also rumours that we could have the Initial batch of Samsung Z3 Smartphones to go on-sale by 02 October, next Friday.
Recap: We should see the Samsung Z3 as soon as next month as it has already passed FCC and Bluetooth certification. The Z3 will feature a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.3GHz quad-core 64-bit processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, a microSD slot, and a 2,600 mAh battery. The operating system will be Tizen 2.4, not Tizen 3.0 as stated in other websites.
