Riot set to reveal Valorant’s Agent 28

Developers Riot Games confirms that Valorant’s 28th playable agent will be revealed on March 2, 2025.

The reveal date was advertised through promotional material for the Masters Bangkok Grand Finals, set to take place at 2 AM PST.

Tejo was the first agent released this year. Following Valorant’s 2025 roadmap, developers confirmed that they plan to release two more agents before 2026.

Valorant has grown to become one of the most popular hero shooters available on Xbox and PlayStation. With a thriving competitive scene, fans are eagerly anticipating how the new agent could shake up the meta.

Riot has yet to reveal anything about the upcoming agent, though that hasn’t stopped fans from theorizing. In the game, Tejo comments “I have someone in mind… Lucky for you she’s been working with me for a long time – I’ll make the introduction.”

Details surrounding Valorant’s 28th agent were teased in the Dawn of the Duellist Masters Bangkok cinematic. Viewers shared the message between her and Tejo, and some pointed out the outline art featured in the trailer. We were also informed that several duellist agents were journeying to Thailand, where the new agent will potentially reside.

Professional players who got a sneak peek at her abilities have already remarked how powerful the new duellist is. DRX’s Hyunmin comments how she’s better than “Jett, Yoru, and Reyna combined.”
