What is NGP membership and how do you sign up?
If you have come across that message in your Marvel Rivals inbox about becoming an NGP member, what does this actually mean if you do?
Well, for now, if you sign up, you’ll be provided game updates from NetEase containing information such as patch notes and general newsletters.
In the future, there is a suggestion from the developers that there will be “future benefits / privileges” but these have not been announced yet.
If we were to guess, there might be some small cosmetics up for grabs akin to that of what you receive for participating in the Discord quest.
If you are interested in this, despite NGP being short for NetEase Gamer Premium, it’s completely free of charge to sign up, so there’s no real reason not to, especially if you plan on playing Marvel Rivals for some time.
The easiest way to sign up is by hitting the big Join Now button in the aforementioned message in Marvel Rivals.
This will take you directly to a website where all you need to do is input your email and user ID.
You’ll then receive a confirmation message asking you to ‘bind’ your email. Click through to finalize the process.
