All Marvel Rivals Lunar New Year skins and how to get them

The content keeps flowing in Marvel Rivals with Season 1 on the way coupled with the highly anticipated Fantastic Four being made available as heroes.

Before all that kicks off though, there are new cosmetics being added to the game in celebration of Lunar New Year, potentially piquing your interest.

Here, we’ll take a look at what these Marvel Rival Lunar New Year skins are as well as how to get them if you’re looking to add new outfits to your collection.

Marvel Rivals Lunar New Year skins explained

There are two heroes that get fancy Lunar New Year makeovers — Moon Knight and Squirrel Girl — offering up some unique looks that are like no other in the game currently.

For Moon Knight, his skin is named Lunar General which boasts an azure colored mask and scales, fitting for a guardian of the Temple of the Crescent Moon.

Squirrel Girl’s is a little less menacing both in name and aesthetics. The Cheerful Dragoness skin makes her tail look like a dragon tail of sorts with white colorway that really stands out. This, coupled with similar themed squirrels make for a fun cosmetic.

As for how to get each of these skins, unfortunately they’re only available via the Store and like the other bundles in there, will cost quite a bit of in-game currency to acquire.

The Moon Knight Lunar General bundle will set you back 2200 at its discounted price whereas the Squirrel Girl Cheerful Dragoness bundle is a little cheaper at a 1600 discounted price point.

The Lunar General skin appears to be the favorite among the community so far so even though it is more expensive, don’t be shocked if you’re seeing plenty of Moon Knight mains donning the outfit.

Both skins are available from Jan 2, 11 PM PST/Jan 3, 7 AM UTC so if you like the look of either, head into the store right now and scoop them up before they go away forever!
