Xiaomi sub-brand Huami announced the Amazfit Verge smartwatch last year. At $160, the watch is already a formidable package, with features like heart rate monitoring, fitness tracking, sleep analysis, smartphone notifications, and up to five days of battery life. The watch is now getting even better, thanks to a new update. Huami is pushing a new update to the Amazfit Verge, which brings Amazon Alexa support to it.

Get instant access to weather, sports updates, calendar reminders, and more over voice, anytime and anywhere. Everything Alexa can do, you can now do with your Amazfit Verge. In addition, the Amazfit Verge now also supports voice call on iOS, and was recently granted a 2019 Red Dot Award for Product Design.
As for specs, the Amazfit Verge features a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The watch is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage space. It packs a 390mAH battery which, Huami claims, is capable of running the watch for up to 5 days on a single charge.
The Huami Amazfit Verge comes in a plastic body, but is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. You also get replaceable silicon straps. The watch is compatible with smartphones running on Android 4.4 or above, and iOS 9.0 or above.
