HeyBike is the Bike for Long Rides in Style

When I first saw the HeyBike Electric Bike, I wondered why the tires were so big and fat. But these bikes can go anywhere, and a little pebble on the road isn’t going to toss you on your head. I’ve enjoyed bike riding so much more now that electric bikes (E-bikes) are everywhere.

My brother rides all the time, and I’m not in as good of shape as he is — but we can ride together because of the HeyBike. It is fun to irritate him by zooming past going up a steep incline, and it is no longer fearsome to me coming down a steep mountain grade.

Pulling the girls behind the HeyBike in a Child Trailer to the fourth of July Parade this year felt much safer — because this larger HeyBike can be seen, and people notice this bike. I had many people stop and take a look at the HeyBike and ask about the smooth ride

Easy Assembly

Your new HeyBike E-bike is easy to assemble. I had someone at the office help me but realized I could have done it myself if I didn’t have an option. But anything is more fun with a friend, and putting together the bike was fun.

There is a video on the site that you can follow along with while you work — but the instructions that are included were perfect.

HeyBike removable battery

I feel safer having the battery left with the bike rather than taking it into the office to charge because I’m absolutely sure that if I take it inside, I will leave it there or lose it. I do like that the battery has a key lock on it for safety.

Seriously, 28 mph is really clipping along, and the charge lasts a long, long time

I don’t usually go faster than 20 or 21 mph — especially uphill — but it’s nice to have the luxury of going faster when you want to.

I love the twist throttle. To twist is a much more natural movement than the push on my other bike.

You’ll Love the Step-Through

This bike is a smooth and stable ride. I didn’t know if I would like the step-through, but especially with kids, I’m stepping off often to check on their needs. The HeyBike can handle the rear rack and 120 pounds of gear. You can also balance your load with a front basket. Both options are convenient and make riding a pleasure.
