Samsung is a pretty good company when it comes to supporting their smartwatches, even years after their initial release., which is nice to see. Now, the watch news is that they have updated its Galaxy Watch 3 (released in 2020), Galaxy Watch (released in 2018), and Watch Active 2 devices with some Wi-Fi and messaging fixes.
Software versions R840XXU1BUD1, R800XXU1FUD1, and R820XXU1DUD1 have started rolling out to the Galaxy Watch 3, Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch Active 2 respectively. The changelog has improvements to “improving Wi-Fi stability” as well as “messaging app stability.” There are also some system stability and reliability improvements thrown in for free.
