Here we have an image of the Samsung GT-i8800 (Redwood) Mid Tier device running Tizen (OS) 2.1. This device is also running S-Voice by Samsung for the Tizen operating system. Since S-Voice is implemented ,  this implies that other Samsung Apps could make the port across to the Tizen Operating System.
