EVE Online’s Capsuleers have been waiting since the end of the game’s Fanfest 2023 for the 2025 iteration, and it is now just a few months away. Returning to the Harpa Conference and Concert Hall in downtown Reykjavik, one of Reykjavik’s most striking landmarks and a center of cultural and social life in the very heart of the city, Harpa has played host to several Fanfests in the past, and fans are excited to return to this spectacular venue.
When is Eve Fanfest 2025?
The event itself is pencilled in for May 1-3 but there will be other Eve-related events running all over Reykjavik either side of the conference days. For example, there is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to journey to the stunning Langjökull glacier with some of the game’s devs and travel into the icy netherworld of the glacier’s tunnels and explore lava fields. In case you haven’t noticed on the news, Iceland does volcanos quite unlike anywhere else!
From walking tours, concerts, pub crawls, and parties, the Eve Fanfest is full on. It will conclude events proper with its famous Party on Top of the World at the concert hall but only after a jam-packed event schedule full of dev talks and guest panels.
To find out more about Eve Fanfest and to buy your tickets you can check out the website and see the mind-boggling full schedule. And if you have never been to Reykjavik before it really will be a trip to remember.
What is Eve Fanfest?
Fanfest brings together EVE players in a massive celebration of the EVE universe. Travelers from all around the world gather in one of the most beautiful and unique locations the planet has to offer. Allies and rivals alike set aside their in-game differences to share drinks with one another and forge new friendships. CCP developers mingle with the community, always up for “talking shop” and getting to know the players.
