Many were taken off guard by Elden Ring Nightreign’s appearance at The Game Awards, since FromSoftware were seemingly done with the game after announcing there would only be one DLC.
However, this experience is a whole new take on the traditional ‘Souls’ formula, utilizing some squad-based mechanics to create a three-player survival game.
You can get to grips with this new escapade in The Lands Between ahead of the release date with a Network Test and below, we’ll be taking a look at the start and end dates so you can set those alarms.
Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test: When does it start and end?
If you managed to get that lucky email saying you’ve got access to the Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test, taking note of the dates and times it is available will ensure you get the maximum amount of playtime.
Contrary to the usual betas that last maybe a weekend or two, this Network Test is split up into small ‘sessions’, allowing FromSoft to experiment with servers, and more technical behind the scenes stuff ahead of launch.
There are five sessions in total taking place over a couple of days and here are the specific times you need to look out for:
- Session 1: February 14 at 3 AM-6 AM PT (12 PM-3 PM CET)
- Session 2: February 14 at 3 PM-6 PM PT (February 15 at 4 AM-7 AM CET)
- Session 3: February 16 at 3 AM-6 AM PT (12 PM-3 PM CET)
- Session 4: February 16 at 11 AM-2 PM PT (8 PM-11 PM CET)
- Session 5: February 16 at 7 PM-10 PM PT (February 17 3 AM-6 AM)
Sadly, if you didn’t get that aforementioned email stating you got into the Network Test, it’s unlikely that there will be any more being sent out over the Test period.
However, there’s nothing to say that there won’t be any more Network Tests later down the line, so keep your eyes peeled on the official Elden Ring socials for further announcements.
