Recently we had the release of the Tizen 2.3 SDK, and now we have a maintenence release of Tizen 2.3 Rev1 SDK which is available to available via the SDK download page.

- Change Author certificate Policy
- Default author certificate is not supported from 2.3.0_Rev1. User should register author certificate to create packages or launch applications.

The Tizen SDK is a comprehensive set of tools for developing Tizen Web and Native applications. It consists of IDE, Emulator, toolchain, sample code, and documentation. Tizen SDK runs on Windows*, Ubuntu*, as well as Mac OS X*. Tizen applications may be developed without relying on an official Tizen IDE, as long as the application complies with Tizen packaging rules.
