FanDuel to become new partner of the 2026 Special Olympics USA games

FanDuel has announced that it is the new partner of the Special Olympic USA Games, making its debut this summer for the 2026 edition.

Held between June 20-26 in Minneapolis, this edition will feature 30 sports in total, while the decision to partner with the Special Olympics as a reflection on “FanDuel’s commitment to expanding access to sports by working with organizations and platforms that promote inclusions.”

Furthermore, this partnership continues to build on the work done on FanDuel’s “Everyone’s Game” scheme, which tackles barriers to sport that prevent full participation for some people.

“FanDuel allows for an environment where we can be ourselves,” said Dale Hooper, who is the General Manager of FanDuel Canada. He also has a daughter who has competed in swimming and rhythmic gymnastics since she was young.

“Everyone can share the causes that matter to them, and together, we have the power to make an impact.”

FanDuel have announced several new partnerships recently

This new deal to partner with the Special Olympics is the latest announcement by FanDuel, who have been busy over the previous 12 months.

First of all, the sportsbook operator became the official U.S. betting partner of the Professional Fighters League before the company announced a partnership with CME Group in August 2025.

This latter partnership led to the development of FanDuel Predicts towards the end of 2025.

At first, it began in five states, then spread to 18, and eventually to all 50 U.S. states, offering sports and financial markets to millions of customers.

Just last week, FanDuel unveiled its new “Play with a Plan” campaign, which features responsible gambling tools to promote greater decision-making and proactive gaming management.

It allows users to make smart and informed decisions about their own gambling habits, preventing individuals from making mistakes and getting into debt.
