Looks like some Android developers want their Android devices to look like Tizen. The following theme is designed to work with SmartLauncher. After installation it changes the appearance of the the drawer, Date&Clock,bubble icons and included wallpaper

To use it, open smart launcher, enter in the preferences, select Personalization, then Global theme then Tizen OS Theme.
