Samsung has already launched 2 Tizen-powered 4G smartphones in India Samsung Z2 and Samsung Z4. The Z2 is available in many more countries including South Africa, Kenya, Indonesia, Nepal etc. In India Samsung, Z2 was first launched on 23rd August with a partnership with Indian Operator Reliance Jio and it was only for India.
It appears that some users who are using a Reliance Jio sim card on their Z2 and Z4 devices, don’t actually know how he checks their current balance. By using Smart Manager you are able to check the Tizen System settings or your data balance. But, how about other balances such as SMS balance or the number of placed calls from a Jio sim. How to check your Jio 4G data balance
- Install MyJio app from Tizen Store
- Launch the app → wait 10 seconds
- Tap on “Open” button beside MyJio
- Tap on “Sign in with SIM”
- Tap on the menu button (top left corner)
- Tap on My Plans → the plan details are iavailable now.
Plan details are how many SMS remaining for send 100 SMS per day and helpful details on how much data is remaining from 1024MB high-speed data. You can also check your recent usages from your Jio sim.
How to check your Jio recent usages
- Launch MyJio app → wait 10 seconds
- Tap on “Open” button beside MyJio
- Tap on “Sign in with SIM”
- Tap on “Usage” button bottom of this page
- Your recent usages are now on your mobile screen.
How to check your last five recharge history
- Launch MyJio app → wait 10 seconds
- Tap on “Open” button beside MyJio
- Tap on “SIGN IN WITH SIM”
- Tap on the menu button on the top left corner
- Tap on “Recharge history”
