Tizen smartphones certainly gained further in popularity during 2016. We had the Samsung Z1, Z2 and Z3 models and we are promised more to be released during 2017. During the course of last year, we kept you updated with the Top apps/games that were being downloaded from the Tizen Store, and today we have the Tp 20 most popular Tizen apps and Games in the whole of 2016.
Looking at the Top 10 Apps, there really aren’t any surprises as users have enjoyed WhatsApp Messenger, SHAREit, MX Player, Facebook, Opera Mini Web Browser, UC Browser for Tizen, Facebook Messenger, Pattern Lock Screen, Calculator and App Locker. So generally quite a few big name apps, which we hope more are coming to the store during 2017, and some less known apps. App developers do really have the opportunity to be found.
For the Top 10 Games, we have Temple Run 2, Bus Race 3D, Play Cricket, Candy Crunch, FastNFurious, Asphalt Nitro, Candy Rain, Asphalt 8: Airborne, Counter Terror: Pursuit and School of Driving. The situation here is similar to the apps were we have a mix of big name games and also some lesser known ones.
